Key Responsibilities:
Be a troubleshooting superstar for computer hardware, software, and networks.
Install essential software and perform upgrades to keep our systems in top shape.
Diagnose and solve complex technical issues with a cool head and a keen eye.
Research and manage unique systems and software, keeping us ahead of the curve.

Education/Experience:
Technical certifications (Microsoft or others) are a big plus.
Proven experience in a Microsoft Server environment.
Familiarity with MS Exchange, MS SQL server, and MS Internet Information Server.
A+ Certification or at least 1 year of experience in PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
Location: Tacoma, WA (Onsite)
