Pikemann is looking for a dynamic Senior Reliability Engineer.
As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will be:
Performing reliability evaluations of IC products, packages, and process technology.
Conducting device-level failure analysis for a deep understanding of IC failures.
Analyzing reliability results and applying acceleration models to predict field reliability.
Managing reliability engineering projects supporting product and process development.
Assisting in designing, selecting, and setting up new reliability test hardware and equipment.
Requirements:
Experience in evaluating and designing reliability test hardware for dynamic life testing and reliability testing.
Proficiency in statistical analysis, modeling reliability data, ATE test data interpretation, device-level electrical characterization, and IC failure analysis.
Prior experience in the semiconductor field with an understanding of semiconductor device reliability.
Priority given to candidates with experience in analog and mixed signal ICs and GaN technology.
Education: B.S.E.E. Is required;M.S.E.E is preferred. Advanced degrees in Physics and Applied Physics considered based on experience and skills.
