Accounting Manager –direct hire, full-time employee
Cle Elum, WA –hybrid work schedule (on-site 3 days per week)

The Accounting Manager provides financial oversight to ensure the accuracy and integrity of business office operations including accounts payable and receivable functions, purchasing, point-of-sale, and owner and membership accounting.
Qualifications

Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive accounting experience, with Hospitality and/or auditing experience a strong preference
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business from an accredited college/university
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
  • Demonstrated strong technical and analytical skills and a track record of success working in a team-based environment.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and persistence in the face of obstacles.
  • Understanding of General accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
  • Experience with Oracle or other similar ERP systems
