Job Description


Accounting Manager (Onsite 5x a week)
Location: Seattle, WA (Pioneer Square)

We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join a rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities, thrive in a dynamic environment, and be passionate about working with a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage staff handling accounts payable, receivable, intercompany billing, and job cost accounting
  • Analyze financial data, reconcile bank accounts, prepare journal entries, and support budget planning
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate reporting and financial analysis
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to streamline operations

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of accounting experience with a strong knowledge of GAAP
  • 3+ years of real estate experience ( CPA preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);experience with RealPage or ERP/Accounting software
  • Strong leadership experience managing accounting teams
