Hiring: Accounts Receivable Manager Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Pikemann is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various accounting and accounts receivable responsibilities while maintaining a professional image, strong communication skills, and exceptional customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure top performance across the team.
Implement innovative, process-driven solutions to optimize billing and collections, ensuring timely and accurate revenue realization.
Manage consolidated and custom invoices, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
Utilize intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to analyze data, track metrics, and generate reports.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement streamlined invoicing processes.
Reconcile client statements and outstanding balances while assisting in collections to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 5 years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of receivable functions.
1-3 years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with limited standardization.
