Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the finance team in a non-profit organization. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in managing receivables, processing payments, and supporting financial operations. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.

 

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.G., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous internship or office experience a plus, but not required
