A fast-growing aerospace and defense manufacturing company is seeking an Assistant Controller, you will receive exposure and learn all aspects of the business, while developing your accounting expertise!

 

We’re searching for an exceptional, self-motivated individual with a passion, not only for accounting, but for understanding processes and solving problems. The organization insists on a high level of integrity for this role and value intellect, humor, and humility. If you strive to be on track to be a Finance VP or even CFO someday, this could be the role for you!

 

Qualifications:
  • BA in Finance or Accounting, or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or similar fields, preferably in aerospace or as a government contractor
  • Must have or be in the process of obtaining a CPA license
  • Extremely organized with strong investigative and follow-up skills as well as attention to details
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
