Cash Application Specialist (Contract to Hire | Hybrid)
We are looking for a detail oriented Cash Application Specialist to join our team in a contract to hire role with a hybrid work arrangement. This is a great opportunity to contribute immediately while building toward long term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage AR activities: cash application, collections, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
Act as the main contact for complex customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
Partner with Operations, Finance, and Project Management to maintain accurate accounts and communication.
Support month end close, reporting, and special projects.
Prepare AR reports, aging analyses, and cash forecasts.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support ERP/system enhancements.
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of AR, Collections, or Accounting experience.
