Job Description


The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

 

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day company accounts
  • Assist with financial planning
  • Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management
  • Ensure government compliance in all tasks
  • Mergers and Acquisitions integrations

 

Qualifications

 
  • BS degree or higher in Accounting or Finance / CPA is strong desire
  • At least 8-10 years of accounting experience is required.
  • 3 years supervisory experience required
  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions integrations is a required
  • Having a hands-on work style with strong verbal-written communications skills is required
  • Must have strong ERP software system management experience
