We are hiring an EAF Lead to join our team in Arizona. As an EAF Lead, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a culture of safety, excellence, and innovation. You will also select, train, and mentor a team of steelmakers who will produce high-quality products for our customers.
To be eligible for this position, you must have:
Previous experience in a melt shop
Experience in training and developing team members
Flexibility to work different shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Additionally, we prefer candidates who have:
EAF experience
Knowledge of operational systems and maintenance best practices
