Financial Analyst - direct hire, Full-Time Employee

Fully Remote - Greater Seattle area preferred.

Private equity-backed SaaS company on a high-growth trajectory, seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our remote team.

 

Reporting directly to the Controller, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy by owning core SaaS metrics, maintaining dynamic financial models, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting. Our company is committed to leveraging AI across all areas of the business, and this role will be expected to explore, adopt, and optimize AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and insights in financial workflows.

 

 

 

Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills and comfort working with large datasets
  • Experience in SaaS, recurring revenue, or subscription-based business models
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and business drivers

 

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Zuora Billing, Sage Intacct, and/or Power BI
  • Prior experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS company
  • Familiarity with SQL, Power Query, or similar data tools
