General Manager –Distribution Operations (Director Level) 
Lead a high volume, multi shift distribution center focused on throughput, efficiency, quality, and safety. This role is ideal for a data driven, people focused operations leader who excels in fast paced, technology enabled environments and has a strong track record of improving performance and leading teams through change.

What You’ll Do
 
  • Oversee all distribution center operations, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and safety
 
  • Own site level financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability
 
  • Build, coach, and develop high performing teams across multiple shifts
 
  • Implement scalable processes and operational best practices to support growth
 
  • Drive workforce planning, retention, and leadership development
 
  • Partner cross functionally to align operational initiatives with organizational goals
 
  • Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve quality
 
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
 
  • Oversee inventory accuracy and warehouse systems to support fulfillment excellence
 
What You Need
 
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership in distribution, operations, or logistics (e commerce or manufacturing preferred)
 
  • 2+ years of full P&L ownership
 
  • Experience managing large hourly workforces and multiple operational departments
 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive KPIs and business outcomes
 
  • 4+ years working with WMS, MHE, and Microsoft Office
 
  • Lean/Six Sigma knowledge or certification preferred
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
