Now Hiring: HCM Employer Services Advisor
 

We're looking for a dynamic HCM Employer Services Advisor to drive new business and help clients solve human capital management challenges.
 

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Engage with prospects to address their HCM needs and close new business.
  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
  • Track sales activities using HubSpot CRM and meet sales goals.

 

Requirements:
  • Proven success in B2B HCM or tech sales.
  • Strong professional network and familiarity with sales processes.
  • High energy, excellent communicator, and results-driven.
  • Resilient, competitive, and analytical.
