Human Capital Management II (HCM II) Service Representative
Pikemann is seeking a HCM II Service Representative to manage client relationships and provide top-tier service across Payroll, Time & Labor Management, HR, and more. If you thrive on problem-solving, collaboration, and delivering exceptional client experiences, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and engagement
Provide expert support on HCM products, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training
Conduct regular check-ins to optimize processes and enhance service delivery
Oversee payroll processing to maintain accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications:
Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) required (or must be obtained within one year)
UKG Ready, Workforce Ready experience
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance, and best practices
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
