Job Description

Family Owned Property Management Company needs a HOA Property Manager-HYBRID!

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the operations of a homeowner association
  • Overseeing common area maintenance and upkeep
  • Handling invoicing and collections
  • Facilitating communication between homeowners, the board, and the management team
  • Enforcing community rules and regulations
  • Mediating disputes and conflicts between neighbors
  • Managing vendors and contracts
  • Maintaining and organizing financial records and reports
  • Creating budgets and financial plans
  • Dealing with insurance and loans on behalf of the association
  • Performing administrative duties and risk management
  • Educating and assisting the board of directors
