HR Recruiter –Direct Hire, Full-Time Employee

Competitive base salary: $75, 000–$85, 000/year + bonus per hire (estimated $20, 000 in year one).

Fast growing company in construction is looking for a dynamic, bilingual HR Recruiter to help them scale across Washington, Oregon, and beyond. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building our workforce, supporting new market launches, and ensuring every new hire has a smooth, positive onboarding experience. Plus, you’ll earn a bonus for every successful hire!

 

What You’ll Do
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles across multiple states (WA & OR), including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding—every interaction reflects company’s values and brand.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, especially for high-demand trade and labor roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to forecast staffing needs and support new branch openings.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, local events, and employee referrals.
  • Track hiring progress and recruitment metrics using ATS tools;report trends and insights to leadership.
  • Travel 2–3 times per month to support in-person interviews, hiring events, and onboarding at new locations.

 

Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Proven success in high-volume recruiting;experience in construction, roofing, or skilled trades is a strong plus.
  • Multi-state recruiting experience preferred.
  • Skilled in ATS platforms, recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills;able to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (2–3 times/month).
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
