Senior Accountant - direct hire, full time employee

Puyallup, WA - on-site

 

 

Global manufacturing is seeking a Senior Accountant!

 

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.
  • Prepare documentation for External Auditors.
  • Analyze financial statements for multiple divisions and alert the CFO if necessary.
  • Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the CFO in running audits.
  • Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
  • Fixed assets, journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, and other full-cycle accounting functions

 

Qualifications

 
  • 3+ years'of professional accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
  • CPA preferred
