Senior GL Accountant –Direct Hire, Full-Time Employee

Orange County, CA –hybrid schedule, in office 3 days per week, remote 2 days per week

A high impact Senior Accountant role focused on lease, loan, and core GL accounting for a specialized finance organization that has grown significantly year over year! This position reports to the Controller, owns critical accounting workflows, and thrives in an environment that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement —including smart use of AI tools.

 

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in public or corporate accounting.
  • Background in lending, banking, equipment finance, or related sectors required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling, amortization schedules). NetSuite a plus.
  • Strong communicator;comfortable working with internal teams, auditors, and examiners.
  • Proactive, detail driven, and able to manage deadlines independently.
  • High integrity, ownership mindset, and strong work ethic.
