Senior Accountant –Direct Hire, Full-Time Employee
Bothell, WA –on-site
Reports to: Controller
Fast growing manufacturer is looking for a detail-driven, proactive Senior Accountant in a newly created role to join the people-first team and play a key role in strengthening financial operations. What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and post month-end journal entries;reconcile accounts and assist in preparing financial statements.
  • Manage the full fixed asset lifecycle, including acquisitions, disposals, and tax depreciation tracking.
  • Support external audits, year-end close, and annual budgeting processes.
  • Compile and file state tax returns;assist with data preparation for federal filings.
  • Research and interpret GAAP updates;recommend and implement process improvements and best practices.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • CPA certification is required.
