Job Title: Senior Business Analyst –Software Applications
Location: Seattle, WA (onsite 2-3 days per week, remote 2-3 days per week)

Position Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in leading the gathering of requirements, analysis, and stakeholder alignment for the deployment of a new software application. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions, ensuring the application is successfully implemented, meets organizational objectives, and delivers measurable value. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, solution architects, developers, testers, and change management teams throughout the software deployment lifecycle. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with other business analysts regarding best practices and methods.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of business analysis experience.
  • Proven experience in software application deployment, preferably enterprise level
  • (ERP, CRM, HRIS, or similar).
  • Experience in deployment of document workflow management tools (e.G.,
  • Docusign, Adobe Acrobat Sign).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with process modeling, requirements management tools (e.G., Azure
  • DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Preferred experience in the construction or manufacturing environment and/or project based financial tracking
