Senior Financial Analyst - Direct Hire, Full-Time Employee

Tukwila, WA - on-site 4 days per week, work remote 1 day per week

Stable and steady growing business seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the tight-knit FP&A team for this mid-size organization.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple financial analysis projects at the same time. At month end, you will be responsible for budget, projection, and actual variance commentary. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to various operational departments within the organization.

 

You will need to be:
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen;able to identify risks and opportunities proactively
  • Skilled at turning complex data into clear, compelling insights for executive audiences
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional, non-financial stakeholders
  • Self-starter with high accountability and comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and driving results independently

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
  • 8+ years'of relevant experience required
  • Advanced skills in Excel and SQL required;experience with Planful, Power BI, Mode Analytics, and Snowflake highly preferred
  • Experience in e-commerce (internet marketplace platform), manufacturing, or retail industry highly preferred
  • Strong quantitative financial skills
