Senior Supply Chain Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to play a critical role in optimizing a nationwide warehouse network. This position is focused on turning operational and logistics data into actionable insights that guide decisions on inventory, equipment utilization, procurement, and capital efficiency. You'll collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Technology, and Executive Leadership to ensure resources are deployed effectively, operating performance is improved, and investments deliver maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Transform large datasets into clear recommendations through models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
Monitor KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver executive ready reporting
Drive improvements in inventory management, asset utilization, and capital planning
Support vendor evaluation and procurement strategies with data driven insights
Contribute to strategic initiatives such as warehouse productivity, route optimization, and acquisition integration
Partner with leadership to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen cash flow performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
5 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, procurement, or FP&A within multi site or asset intensive environments
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Power BI;working knowledge of SQL/Python preferred
Strong financial acumen in capex planning, ROI analysis, and budget management
High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial setting
Preferred Background
Knowledge of inventory planning, equipment rental models, capex forecasting, and vendor management
Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Odoo
Exposure to predictive analytics and forecasting techniques
Experience in private equity backed or high growth companies
