Seeking experienced, driven professionals to join the team as full-time Tax Principals or Senior Managers. This is an ideal opportunity for personable, technically skilled individuals ready to fast-track their careers in a firm that values innovation, leadership, and client service excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise tax engagements in alignment with firm and professional standards
  • Plan and manage tax engagement schedules, coordinating with clients and internal teams
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance
  • Review complex tax returns and supporting workpapers with precision and insight
  • Conduct tax research and provide consultative solutions to clients and team members
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff, providing training and performance feedback
  • Maintain deep technical expertise in specialized tax areas relevant to client industries
  • Drive business development by cultivating new client relationships and expanding existing ones
  • Manage a book of business, including budgeting, forecasting, and production goals
  • Participate in special projects and advisory engagements as requested by leadership

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (BSBA)
  • Active CPA license (required)
  • Minimum 10 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax (required)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, and ProSystem fx Tax
  • Solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles
