Pikemann is looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist to configure and launch payroll, time, labor, and scheduling accounts in UKG Ready. You'll train clients, tailor solutions to their needs, and ensure smooth onboarding with accuracy and care.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Set up and validate UKG Ready accounts
Migrate and reconcile historical payroll data
Deliver client training and support
Collaborate on solutions that meet compliance and workflow needs
Strengthen implementation processes and relationships
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven UKG Ready experience (payroll, time, scheduler)
Strong payroll knowledge and data accuracy mindset
Excellent communication and project management skills
